Los materiales, herramientas y recursos humanos a cotizar para el presente caso serán los siguientes, sin ser determinada aún la cantidad de cada uno:

Materiales*

    Hormigón, siendo este el material utilizado en la arquitectura brutalista como recubrimiento a la estructura 
  • Varillas de refuerzo (fierro de 12mm), conforma la primera estructura que posteriormente será cubierta por hormigón
  • Varillas de las cuadernas, junto al fierro cumple una función similar
  • Varillas para soldadura
  • Agregados en polvo, mejoran las propiedades del recubrimiento
  • Malla de gallinero hexagonal, forma parte de la estructura interior, particularmente del cubrimiento previo al hormigón
  • Áridos
  • Grapas y alambre, para ensamblar la malla de alambre con los fierros.

Herramientas**

    Máquinas proyectoras de hormigón:  recubren con hormigón a presión por sobre la estructura
  • Sierra circular: se utiliza para aserrar longitudinal o transversalmente comúnmente madera, existen modelos que se utilizan para el metal, tipo a utilizar para el presente caso
  • Disco de corte: herramienta abrasiva que se ensambla en herramientas, corta y desbasta
  • Esmeril angular: corta y desbasta, utilizado para fierro, madera, concreto o cerámica
  • Alicates: utilizado para alambres de pequeño espesor como la malla hexagonal
  • Taladro percutor: taladro que, a diferencia del común, no solo gira sino que realiza un movimiento de atrás hacia adelante, esto permite romper los materiales y facilitar la perforación
  • Trompo concretero o betonera: se utiliza para la preparación de concreto

  • Personal para fletes, debido a la masa y dimensiones de los materiales
